Dialer Login

STEPS TO COMPLETE BEFORE TRAINING



To enhance your training experience, please complete the below steps prior to attending:




· Login to PatriotDialer Plus
https://www.patriotdialerplus.com/homepage/login
Use the User Name you created during the signup process
Use the Password you created during the signup process

· Walk through the initial steps on the Welcome Tab

· Set up your calendar & synch to Google
Select the Appointment Tab
Select the Wheel on the right of the screen (next to Print)
Select all your preferred settings on this page

· Create a Google Voice account to set up your user ID (see below)


· Familiarize yourself with all the resources on this page

SCRIPTS



Scripts and rebuttals have been downloaded into your Dialer and will appear in the prospect screen while setting appointments in a dial session. They are also available for download under the lead
program tab.




Below are instructions if you would like to upload your own scripts:


Login to PatriotDialerPlus

Click on the Dial Session tab

Click on Dial Session Settings

Click on Message Dialing

Use the Add Phone Script icon to upload your script


Your scripts will be uploaded to the tab titled My Content. Patriot scripts are loaded under System Content. You can choose what script you would like to use when you start up a dial session.

HOW TO SET UP A CALLER ID NUMBER



A caller ID number is needed to set up your dialer. This is the number that the prospects will see when the dialer is calling through your leads. You may use any personal number such as your office line, cell phone etc. but please note that you may receive many callbacks from people who missed your calls or asking to be taken off your list. A way around this is to use a free Google Voice Number. This can be set up using a local area code and messages can be checked though their site vs. coming to your personal phone.








HOW TO SET UP A GOOGLE VOICE ACCOUNT


  • Create a Google Account if you do not already have one
  • Sign into your Google Account
  • Open a new browser and Search Google Voice - this will send you to your Google account and allow you to set up a Google Voice number
  • Follow the steps on the screen to set up your account - to complete the process they will call your cell or office number you provided to verify the account and create the new number for you
  • Once your number is set up, go to your settings to update your preferences
  • You can have messages forwarded to your email or turn off
  • You can have the calls forwarded to your office or cell preference or turn off
  • Messages can be checked in your Google Voice account
